Finally, technical browsing data such as IP addresses and connection logs are automatically recorded to secure access to the Odoo S.A. application infrastructure.

The personal and professional data collected by WeaLinkz is subject to automated processing for exclusive operational purposes. They ensure the approval of field agents, analyse the eligibility of product catalogues, and structure the specifications of missions. This information also serves to synchronise agendas in real time, validate the compliance audit of leads, and trigger the secure release of funds via the Escrow escrow platform. The Firm formally prohibits the use of this data for third-party advertising prospecting, commercial resale, or non-consensual marketing exploitation.

ARTICLE 3: Legal Basis for Processing and User Consent

The processing of your data is based on strict and valid legal grounds. For clients and agents, the collection is essential for the execution of pre-contractual measures as well as for the proper fulfilment of service contracts signed with the Firm. Regarding the security of the platform and the filtering of IP addresses, the processing relies on WeaLinkz's legitimate interest in protecting its infrastructure against cyberattacks. The use of application and candidacy forms implies the informed consent of the user, which can be revoked at any time by simple written notification addressed to the control service.

ARTICLE 4: Retention Period and Archiving of Data

The Firm applies strict rules to limit the retention period of your information to the strict operational and legal minimum. Data relating to service contracts and the specifications of producers are kept in active storage for the entire duration of the business relationship, then archived for five years to meet the accounting and tax obligations of Singapore. Qualification sheets and leads from trade shows are deleted from our active servers twenty-four months after their final transmission. The application files of unsuccessful agents are completely destroyed within a maximum period of six months after the decision. 

ARTICLE 5: Recipients of Data and Non-Third Party Sharing Protocols

The information collected is exclusively intended for the internal services of the Firm (sales engineers, control unit in Singapore, and liaison office in Douala). Information entered by clients and agents passes through our central hub based in Singapore, before being shared with our regional office in Douala or our local negotiators deployed at the fairs. To ensure the security of these intercontinental flows, each transfer is governed by standard contractual clauses and stringent data processing agreements (DPAs). This legal framework ensures a level of protection that is equivalent and uniform, regardless of the agent's country of operation.

The storage and processing of diagnostics are centralised on the highly secure servers of Odoo Cloud in Belgium. All data, application forms, and qualification reports are protected by advanced encryption protocols (AES-256 and SSL/TLS). Our systems incorporate automated daily backups, strict segregation of client databases, and electronic monitoring tools capable of detecting and instantly blocking any attempts at intrusion or malicious injection. 

ARTICLE 8: Your Individual Rights (Access, Rectification, Erasure and Portability)

In accordance with the cross-requirements of the GDPR and the PDPA, every user holds fundamental rights over their personal data. You may at any time request full access to, rectification of, or the permanent erasure of your information stored by the Firm. You also benefit from a right to restrict processing and to the portability of your data in a structured format. Exercising these rights is entirely free of charge upon simple identity verification. The Firm undertakes to process each request and provide an official response within a maximum regulatory timeframe of thirty business days.

ARTICLE 9 : Management of Cookies and Technical Tracking Technologies

The wealinkz.com platform exclusively uses technical and session cookies to ensure its proper functioning and secure browsing. These trackers temporarily memorize your form data and protect your diagnostic sessions on the Odoo S.A. infrastructure. The Firm does not install any advertising, commercial, or third-party behavioral targeting cookies. Most of these technical cookies are automatically deleted as soon as you close your browser. You can configure your browser to block these trackers, but doing so may alter access to the essential features of the mission request or application form.
